2024 Diverse Leadership Immersion Program
The earner of the DLIP badge has participated in an 6-month, joint HITEC-ITSMF program, designed to empower all JJT leaders to create inclusive cultures and community. The program offers self-paced learning supported by bi-monthly virtual and three in-person meetings focused on culturally relevant content related to the journey of Black/African American, and Hispanic/Latino leaders in technology.
