Cátedra Colombia Sostenible (Sustainable Colombia Chair)- Analysis of problems within the framework of the SDGs in the Colombian context
The accredited individual is able to critically analyze sustainability challenges in Colombia from territorial and intercultural perspectives, apply participatory research methodologies, strengthen global competencies such as leadership and intercultural communication, appreciate the country’s biodiversity and cultural diversity, and recognize strategic engagement strategies for the development of concrete proposals linked to the SDGs, in partnership with local communities and territorial institutions.
Criteria
To promote the analysis of a sustainability challenge in Colombia, guiding students in the search for sources, the multidimensional definition of the problem (environmental, social, and economic), and the formulation of research questions.
To guide the design and presentation of a pitch for a social project linked to the SDGs.
To provide guidelines for narrative structuring, international comparative analysis (Step in – Step out – Step back), and the identification of partners and expected impacts.
